Bulloneria Bellicini produces hot-pressed fasteners. The fasteners are manufactured in compliance with UNI-EN-ISO-DIN standards or according to specific needs and customer designs. The use of alloy and carbon steel with certified quality, as well as production with computer numerical control machines, guarantee direct and monitored control of the process and ensure the high quality of the products distributed today on the Italian and European markets.
Customised bolts and screws
The production of special bolts and screws involves the manufacture of screws according to specific customer designs, defining a special shape of the screw head, thread, heat treatments and coatings.
The special screws can also be standard screws (UNI-DIN-EN-ISO-ASTM-ASME) that, due to specific customer needs, must feature some different elements compared to the regulatory standard: length and thread type, height and head size, tips with special shapes, chamfers, milling or holes, machining tolerances.
These fasteners feature diameters ranging from 20mm (7/8") to 64 mm (2"1/2), with a length up to 640 mm. The special and customised fasteners are made of carbon and alloy steel, according to strength classes 4.6-5.6-8.8-10.9-12.9-14.9-B7. We offer galvanic coatings even with dehydrogenation, geomet, burnishing and phosphating.
Standard screws
The production of unified / standard bolts and screws involves the manufacture of fasteners according to European and American regulations (UNI-DIN-EN-ISO-ASTM-ASME), which define the size, shape of the head of the fastener, thread and dimensional tolerances of the parts that make up the fastener itself.
These fasteners feature diameters ranging from 20mm (7/8") to 64 mm (2"1/2), with a length up to 640 mm. The unified/standard fasteners are made of carbon and alloy steel, according to strength classes 4.6-5.6-8.8-10.9-12.9-14.9-B7. We offer galvanic coatings even with dehydrogenation, geomet, burnishing and phosphating.
